How often have you left therapy and wanted something to hold to show you made it through. After all you have been on a long, hard and very rewarding journey. Why do we not get certificates, trophies, a plaque to say 'YOU DID IT' a reminder, that it was bloody hard, but you are still here, instead of just a shake of the hand, a goodbye and let out into the big wide world.
